The focus of this workshop is on the body as a creative process. By approaching the body with interest and openness to discovery, we will explore how the primary movement motives and processes of our biology can serve as a metaphor for our creative endeavors. Continuum offers a methodology with which we learn to be receptive to new and unfamiliar patterns moving through us.
All creative processes challenge us to learn to recognize and welcome the unknown. In this module, we will further develop our perceptual capacity and deepen our sensory awareness of the still realm of inner movement.
